It downloaded okay this last time, but upon trying to install it again, it just came up with "failed to install" after "installing" for about half an hour. I have also completely deleted every single Revit/Autodesk file (there was another license on this computer, but it ran out, so I deleted everything thinking that might be why its getting confused). (I have also been trying to get back onto live chat with them, but seem to be waiting a long time, with no response). I bought and downloaded it about a week ago and it was all working fine, then after a couple of days it just stopped opening and came up with "Licensing Error" then "licensing system error 9" I briefly spoke to their support on the live chat, but what they suggested didn't work. Hi, I'm having real troubles with Revit 2018.
